Delicious food and creative craft cocktails. I've been twice. Still want to order sushi items but so far have been tempted by the sea bass and beef entries. Delicious! Atmosphere is nice. What a welcome addition to Georgetown's sparse restaurant scene!

Tonight is the first time I've eaten here. I absolutely loved my meal from beginning to end. I started with two appetizers then had two of the sushi rolls. For appetizers I had the the Goyza dumplings and the Angus Ribeye "Galbi" Medallions. Both were excellent! I had the High Roller and Lovers Flame sushi rolls. Again, they were absolutely fantastic. I can't believe that this was my first visit. I promise it won't be my last.

We're part of a local family who founded Walburg in 1883 and are loving all of the new restaurants and businesses in the Georgetown area. Ichiro opened just days prior to COVID-19 and had to survive closing for a couple months. Wow! Have they bounced back! We enjoyed a fabulous dinner last night with awesome appetizers, delectable soups and fantastic sashimi & sushi. Can't wait to return.

After trying to find a good sushi restaurant for about 4 1/2 years since moving here, we finally found this gem! We liked it so much that we came in two days in a row to try all the different specialty rolls. The rolls are creative and delicious. Quite a bit more expensive than what we are used to but it's the best we have found locally so I guess you get what you pay for. The live music on Saturday was enjoyable as well.

We are so happy this restaurant is open post covid. Last night was our first visit and we had a great time eating incredible Sushi, drinking wine, and the sitting at the bar listening to live jazz while talking with friendly bartenders as they made some incredible drinks. Some folks were casual and other dressed up a bit like we did. It's a warm very cool atmosphere where everyone feels welcome...
